The City of Foley is currently soliciting sealed bids for the following items.  For more information, please refer to the bid advertisement.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Foley at Foley City Hall until the published time that they will be publicly opened and read.  To be eligible for consideration, bids must be submitted on original proposal forms found in the Request for Proposal package.  The specifications and all executed bid forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, identifying the bid and the date of the bid opening.  It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to assure receipt of the bid at Foley City Hall prior to the published time for the bid opening.

If you are a vendor and would like to be notified of future bids related to the services or products you provide, please submit the form below or send a letter which includes your contact information, company address, and details of the services or products that you offer.

To request a current bid packet, submit the form below and specify the packet you wish to receive.  Please identify the manner in which it should be sent (via e-mail or parcel post).  If you would like to have the packet mailed to your attention, please be sure to include your mailing address.
