The goal of the engineering department is to provide quality engineering controls on all development within the City of Foley.
Keeping our citizens’ best interests in mind, the engineering department assists developers and their engineers during plan reviews and field inspections.

Will I be required to apply for a Land Disturbance Permit?
The need for a Land Disturbance Permit is determined by the city engineer. Please contact our office for further information.
Will I be required to provide detention for my development?
Refer to the City of Foley Technical Design Manual.
Do I need a permit to install a driveway culvert?
Yes, there is a $25 permit fee. We will determine pipe size and elevation.
